Unused Product Returns
Many General Photonics products that are ordered "on line"
may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase
provided:

The item must be returned
unused and in original packaging.

An RMA was obtained by
calling 909-590.5437 and obtaining an RMA number from
the Returns Department. (Supply the Returns Department
with the order details and credit card information.)
Connectorized Products
Products that have been
connectorized to the customer's specifications are not
returnable except for warranty repair or replacement.
